Nova Scotia Strong

Our hearts lie with our neighbours in Nova Scotia.

While we are already facing a pandemic and rules and regulations many of us have never witnessed before, our neighbouring province faces tragedies we have unfortunately seen.

This happens too often in this day and age and there are no words to explain it. It's scary and at the same time you witness a community, a province, a country band together. When faced with senseless violence, the only thing we have is each other. 

Reach out to loved ones, it's hard not being with them but conversations still help. Remember that children will hear things on the news and don't have their normal routines and friends to talk to. You are their whole routine right now and they may need to talk. 

Our prayers are with those who've lost their lives, and those who kept so many others safe.
