Some of our staff and participants were out and about the other day, placing painted rocks for people to find while out and about. So, if you find yourself out for a walk on Harbour passage, at Irving Nature Park, or by a few local businesses. Keep an eye out for one of our rocks and send along a picture if you do find any!
Good morning, we would like to take this opportunity to inform you that there is one week left on the basket ticket sales. Sales are going well, and our draw will take place at noon on Aug 3rd, 2021. The draw will be on video and posted to our Facebook page later that day. Everyone is doing such an awesome job. Also, our next yard sale will take place this Saturday July 31st, 2021, weather permitting. We are always looking for donations on items we can sell at these events. This time we would also like to have a table of baked goods to sell. If you are interested in baking for this event, please have your baked items dropped off to the center before 3pm on Thursday, July 29th so that we can have them packaged for sale on Saturday. We are still offering to rent out tables at our yard sales to interested individuals. If you are interested in volunteering at one of our yard sales or renting a table, please contact Heather @ 696-5672.
